How to Interrupt the Midlife
Sleep–Stress–Emotion Cycle
A FREE, LIVE WORKSHOP FOR WOMEN IN MIDLIFE AND PERIMENOPAUSE
You're exhausted all day. You finally get into bed ready to sleep... only to find yourself awake at 2 or 3 a.m. with your brain fully on.
And once you're awake, the cycle begins.
Why am I awake? I have to sleep. I'm going to be exhausted tomorrow. Wait, did I forget to handle that thing? Oh man, why did I say that… of all things!?! Why can't I shut my brain off?
Sometimes the problem isn't simply that you aren't sleeping.
Sleep, stress and emotional reactivity can begin feeding one another… and midlife can turn up the volume on the entire cycle.
The good news? Interrupting the cycle can help in the moment. Releasing what’s underneath it is where the deeper shift begins.
In this Free, Live Workshop,
we’ll talk about:
Why you can feel completely exhausted and still have trouble settling or falling and staying asleep.
How the sleep–stress–emotion cycle keeps itself going, and the emotional and energetic load underneath it.
Why midlife can make patterns that were once manageable feel much harder to keep managing.
Practical ways to interrupt the cycle… including things you can use when you find yourself awake in the middle of the night.

Hi, I’m Tara
I’m Tara Kelley, founder of Spark Energy Wellness. My background spans more than 20 years of experience leading teams, coaching professionals and transforming business operations. Today, I bring that experience together with energy work, Emotion Code and NLP to explore the patterns that shape our lives and relationships, including the relationship we have with ourselves.
As a Menopause Coach, I support women navigating midlife emotional and energetic shifts, helping them better understand emotional patterns, build supportive new responses and create greater internal stability.
Your sleep isn’t broken. Your body, mind and spirit are communicating with you.
Because sometimes the question isn’t simply:
“How do I make myself sleep?”
It's:
“What's keeping my system from settling in the first place and what can I do differently?”
